The Villa

All floors are equipped with modern amenities that are included in the price of every stay: high-speed Wi-Fi / VDSL, LED TVs with lounge and entertainment options, reading corners with books, fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, and bathrooms with showers and toilets. All guests have access to the lounge with T-Entertainment TV and internet, as well as the shared kitchen and dining area. Upon request, six bicycles are available. Washing machines, tumble dryers, drying racks, irons, and ironing boards are also provided.

Our rooms are furnished with high-quality ECO DESIGN furniture from our own workshop, complemented by original historic furniture from the villa.

Technical Amenities

Wi-Fi on all floors and in all rooms. Free use of washing machines and dryers for guests. Iron and ironing board, fully automatic coffee machines, kettles, side-by-side refrigerators with freezer compartments, microwave ovens, conventional ovens, dishwashers, hairdryers, LED TV systems, LED lighting, fans, and outdoor video surveillance. A workshop cellar for cyclists / ADFC members is available. Conference rooms and historic dining rooms are equipped with Sonos sound systems.

Safety

For your safety, we have installed a modern fire alarm system with detectors in every guest room. Additional fire detection and security cameras are located in the corridors and in the kitchen/lounge areas. Fire extinguishers and first-aid kits are, of course, provided. Your safety and the protection of this listed heritage building are very important to us. Therefore, all guests receive a personal safety briefing from our guest services team.

Sleep Comfort

At Green Residence, we place the highest value on your sleep quality. Our rooms are equipped with premium hotel mattresses designed to ensure restful sleep. We offer a selection of pillows in various sizes, shapes, and fillings so you can choose what suits you best. Each guest enjoys an extra-large duvet measuring 155 × 220 cm, optimized for both summer and winter use. Our bedding standard exceeds the average hotel level for duvets. Our in-house laundry service guarantees consistently fresh and clean bed linen.

The interior furnishings feature refined materials such as steel, solid wood, and glass. We consciously and extensively avoid the use of plastic to provide a healthy and sustainable living environment. Our beds are designed with sustainability in mind, ensuring excellent mattress ventilation and long-lasting ecological quality. Your well-being is at the heart of everything we do.
